Improving Communication and Cohesion in your Team and Organization
The ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas to colleagues, clients, or supervisors very often plays an important role in developing effective team dynamics and performance. Given the various intercultural differences, communication in an international context can be particularly challenging. Understanding cross-cultural motivation is key to successful international management. Greater insight into the things that motivate you and others is vital to improving communication and general cohesion within your team. This can be achieved by Real Colors, a simple method for understanding personality, attitudes, and behavior of team members and colleagues.
This two-hour dynamic and interactive workshop will provide participants with the skills to understand human behavior. Furthermore, participants will:
- gain an understanding of the four colors, each corresponding to a personality type
- discover where they fall as an individual on the Real Colors spectrum
- learn to recognize characteristics of each of the four colors
- understand human behavior and motivators specific to each temperament
- learn techniques that can help bring about lasting, positive change, resulting in higher levels of success
- improve and enhance their personal and professional relationships
The insights of Real Colors are most beneficial for professionals leading functional or project teams, manage sales and key account relationships, or are responsible for delivering excellence in customer service.
