Managing your international business in Texas as foreign investors

German companies and investments have had a strong impact on the Texas economy and cultural life. As foreign investors, they face various challenges: tax,  global cash management, HR, legal, etc.

This event will elaborate how to form a business in Texas, how to handle finance, accounting and tax, and especially state and local taxes in the State of Texas, whether and how to hire local resources, manage FX risks, etc.  All based on real life cases. Participants are encouraged to bring in questions encountered in their daily business operation.

The event is an excellent opportunity to network with other members of the German and international business communities of the greater Houston area. A light lunch will be served.
