For the fourth year in a row, Georgia is ranked No. 1 out of the 20 top states for doing business. Contributing to the state’s success are Georgia’s massive corporate tax incentives. What’s really alarming, though, is that the credits are heavily underutilized, and many business owners are unaware of the incentives. If you own a business in Georgia, chances are you qualify for some type of tax incentive.

Are you eligible for corporate tax incentives? Let’s find out! Join us for a free catered lunch, an informational session on Georgia’s tax credits for business owners, a raffle drawing for prizes and a great opportunity to network with your fellow industry leaders.

Bonus: The event will take place at FlatironCity, at Atlanta’s 120 Year Old Flatiron Building, the City's oldest standing skyscraper. ‘FlatironCity’, is a melting pot for entrepreneurs and corporations. The refurbished office building houses a diverse tenant base including FlatironCity is now home to the Microsoft Innovation Center, Women's Entrepreneurship Institute and 20+ entrepreneurs and startups.

Speaker Bio

Our founder and president, Jeff Kim, established American Tax Group in Fresno, California where Enterprise Zones became increasingly utilized. When very similar state tax incentives called Opportunity Zones were introduced to Georgia in 2011, he saw a great opportunity to expand his expertise. He established Tracs Group, Tax Rebates and Credit Specialists, in Johns Creek with the intention of increasing awareness about the state of Georgia’s tax credit program and helping business owners use those tax credits to grow their businesses and create more jobs
