Waldorf opens in Nord America

The German automation provider has formed a subsidiary in USA for sales and aftersales activities. From his haedquarter in St Charles (Illinois) it covers the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Mexico. Waldorf Technik GmbH & Co has formed a 100% owned subsidiary in USA, that is called Waldorf Technik Inc. The newco has its headquartier in St Charles (Illinois) and handles sales and aftersales sevice for the North American market.
