At the German American Business Outlook 2018, the seven German Chamber offices and the Washington, D.C. liaison office, together with KPMG, surveyed more than 1,900 German subsidiaries in the United States on their views of the U.S. as an investment location.
Hans-Ulrich Südbeck, Consul General of Germany, will begin with some welcome remarks and afterwards Kristi Dotseth, Audit Senior Manager, and Chrstian Ebster, Audit Senior Associate at KPMG LLP, will discuss the results of the German American Business Outlook 2018. Regarding upcoming political and socioeconomic changes, Sean Randolph, Senior Director of the Bay Area Council Economic Institute, will take a closer look at the economic forecast for the Bay Area. Followed by an Economic and Market Strategy Update for 2018 by Gary Schlossberg, Vice President & Senior Economist at Wells Capital Management, and Michael Moskowitz, Investment Strategy Specialist at Wells Fargo.
